Reading these reviews here and I’m really surprised because dealing with Richard (Richie) Nappi is a nightmare. I left to deal with the builder by myself and no answer to my calls or emails . Finally contacted the office and it seems everyone is out . Get connected to a voice mail !!! On the walk through day on that . SMH ..
